If your order is damaged in transit the first thing you need to do is take clear pictures immediately after opening and notice it’s damaged to send to us so we can file a claim with the carrier, please, hold on to the damaged items as the carrier may ask for physical proof. Next, send us a message with your name, order number, how many items where damaged and all images so we can start on your replacement items.
